Cancellation Policy - Car Subscription

• You can easily cancel your reservation by contacting us at Tel. +49 89 125039110 or via email at info@oscar.auto. A cancellation fee applies depending on when you cancel:
• Before the reservation is confirmed by our partner: Free of charge.
• After confirmation by our partner, but more than 48 hours before the rental begins: 25% of the rental price.
• Less than 48 hours before the rental begins or if you do not pick up the vehicle at the agreed time and location: 100% of the rental price.

If you cancel within 48 hours before pickup, we must charge the full rental amount. However, if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, only a fee of 25% of the rental price will apply.

If you have already made a partial payment that is less than 100% of the rental price, we will charge the remaining amount through our payment service provider.

Oscar will process any refunds or compensation as quickly as possible. Please note that the exact refund duration depends on the payment method and the respective payment policies.

Please note that these cancellation terms do not apply to long-term rentals (as described in the Special Rental Conditions for Long-Term Rentals/Car Subscriptions).
