Cancellation for: van, moving truck, minibus, trailer, camper, car transporter and cooling truck

• The renter may cancel the reservation by paying a cancellation fee according to the following conditions, by contacting us at Tel. +49 89 125039110 or by email at [email protected].
• Before confirmation of the reservation by the partner: free of charge.
• After confirmation of the rental request by the partner but more than 48 hours before the start of the booking: Cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price.
• After confirmation of the reservation by the partner and 48 hours or less before the start of the booking or if the consumer does not pick up the vehicle at the agreed time at the pickup location: 100% of the rental price.
• If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of pickup, Oscar is entitled to charge the full rental amount. If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before pickup, you only need to pay 25% of the rental price.
• If the amount paid at the time of reservation is less than 100% of the vehicle rental price, Oscar is entitled through its payment service provider to collect the remaining amount of the rental price.
• Oscar will process any possible refunds and/or compensations immediately through its payment service provider. However, the specific timeframe for receiving refunds depends on the payment method and the rules of the respective payment system.
• The cancellation terms do not apply to rentals that are long-term rentals (as defined in the special rental conditions for long-term rentals/car subscriptions).
